Introduction
WPC is a specialist private equity investor founded in 2009 to invest in sectors where the team has operational experience. We focus on what we know – healthcare services businesses at the smaller end of the market in the UK.
We look to invest selectively in businesses we understand, and work closely with management teams over an extended period. We think that this is the best way to consistently generate attractive returns for investors and for management teams.

Strategy
We look for businesses going through change or that would benefit from change to unlock their full potential, whether that’s strategic support or additional resources
Strategies that we pursue include buy-and-build, operational improvement, organic roll-outs, founder exits and corporate carve-outs
We focus on businesses headquartered in the UK and Ireland, in the healthcare sector, where we can draw on the WPC team’s experience to support management
We are majority investors and are able to invest for a prolonged period of time
We look for businesses generating between £1m and £10m EBITDA
Healthcare Specialist
WPC has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a broad-ranging network of healthcare operators, advisors, decision-makers and investors.
