David leads new transaction work and supports operational improvements at portfolio companies.

He worked on the acquisitions of Rileys, Trinity, and Towerview, as well as the exits of BHT Group and Boxclever.

He also worked on the bolt-on acquisitions to Towerview of Asquith Hall, Pennine Lodge, Loxley Court, and Smithy Bridge and to Trinity of Affas and Insignia.

David is a member of the Investment Committee and sits on the boards of Trinity and Towerview.

Before joining WPC in 2011, David worked in the private investments team of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in Toronto, and on operational change projects at Credit Suisse in London.

David has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada, and an MSc in Finance and Private Equity with distinction from the London School of Economics.
