Guy is helping WPC as a high-performing organisation and advising on people-related matters in portfolio companies and prospective investments.

Guy has worked in senior HR business roles for over 25 years. His most recent organisational roles were as interim group HR director of Howden’s Joinery, HR director of B&Q, and HR director of Screwfix. He has worked extensively in the consumer and utility sectors with experience in the UK, Europe, and Asia. Since 2015 Guy has provided HR consultancy support to numerous privately-owned and publicly-owned companies across a range of sectors including retail, healthcare and hospitality.

Guy holds a BA (Hons) history degree from Manchester University and an MA in management learning from Lancaster University. He is a professionally trained executive coach and has professional leadership qualifications from INSEAD and Templeton College (Oxford University).
