Paul advises WPC on certain consumer opportunities, introducing WPC to additional operators and potential investment opportunities.

He is the CEO of Licensed Solutions, a specialist consulting firm and outsourced operator of leisure businesses, which has been involved with more than 2,000 hotels, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, and other leisure outlets.

Prior to forming Licensed Solutions, Paul held roles at Trusthouse Forte, Grand Metropolitan, and Thistle Hotels.
