Mike sits on the boards of Rileys and Trinity and takes the lead on operations, management teams, and organisational structure.

He is an experienced HR professional, having been Group HR Director and sat on the Executive Boards of B&Q, Boots, and Thomas Cook.

In addition to working with WPC, Mike is an independent HR consultant, coach, and non-executive director.

He has been an NED of the specialist businesses division of the Co-op (pharmacy, funeral services, travel agents), Svyaznoy (Russia’s leading mobile phone retailer), the Land Registry, and an NHS hospital trust in Lincolnshire.

Mike has a degree from Exeter University, a diploma in Management Studies, and is a chartered banker and a fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development.
